2027 Pensions Consulting Graduate Analyst (Pensions Consulting)

Location: Croydon, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of four office days per week initially, reducing to two or three days per week

What you will do

• Prepare trustee meeting agendas, coordinate meeting papers and draft clear meeting minutes.
• Prepare governance materials, including risk logs, training logs and scheme returns.
• Track actions, deadlines and adviser costs while supporting annual budget planning.
• Support employee communications, including newsletters, and help clients respond to governance changes.
• Review processes, contribute to client delivery improvements and support proposals for new business.
• Coordinate with colleagues and advisers to deliver agreed client outcomes.

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by 20 September 2027 with a 2.1 or higher, or be on track to achieve it.
• Clear written and spoken communication, strong organisation and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work with numerical and financial information and solve problems.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, responsiveness to changing priorities, and consistent attention to quality and accuracy.
• Must be able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• No previous pensions or consulting experience is required.
