2027 Pensions Consulting Graduate Analyst (Pensions Consulting)

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of four office days per week initially, moving to two or three days per week

hirify.global provides pensions consulting services and supports clients with pension scheme governance, administration and strategic changes.

What you will do

• Prepare trustee meeting agendas, meeting papers, governance materials, risk logs, training logs and scheme returns.
• Attend client meetings, draft minutes, track actions and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Support employee communications, including newsletters, and help clients respond to governance changes.
• Review processes and contribute ideas to improve client delivery.
• Support annual budget planning, monitor adviser costs and contribute to new business proposals.
• Coordinate with colleagues and advisers to deliver agreed client outcomes.

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by 20 September 2027, with a 2.1 or higher, or be on track to achieve it.
• Clear written and spoken communication, strong organisation and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work with numerical and financial information and an interest in pensions, business and problem-solving.
• Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, openness to feedback and consistent attention to quality and accuracy.
• Must be able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Previous pensions or consulting experience is not required.
