Supply Manager

What you will do

• Lead sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchasing for project-related equipment and services.
• Partner with Project Managers, Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery across Oceania.
• Build and maintain relationships with preferred suppliers and manage sourcing within key local categories.
• Drive supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery improvements through Supplier Relationship Management.
• Conduct competitive sourcing and fact-based negotiations while ensuring compliance with procurement processes, systems, and global agreements.
• Support continuous improvement and procurement capability development across the region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or supplier management.
• Strong commercial negotiation, supplier management, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting projects in manufacturing, engineering, industrial equipment, dairy, or related industries.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP and procurement systems is advantageous.
