Sales Support Engineer (Bioprocess)

What you will do

• Develop commercial and technical proposals that maximize profitability and deliver customer value.
• Provide technical and product expertise on bioprocess hardware and automation solutions during pre-sales and quotation activities.
• Analyze, prioritize, and respond to quote requests based on customer expectations and user requirement specifications.
• Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and process applications, documenting deviations from requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, design, project management, and other stakeholders to assess technical feasibility and customization options.
• Maintain a quote portfolio, follow commercial, quality, and regulatory processes, and ensure compliance with International Trade Control requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Several years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of bioprocessing and biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to understand and present complex technical information clearly.
• Strong professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• High proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with large biopharma projects, engineering companies, or commercial manufacturing environments.
• Product knowledge and technical expertise in bioprocess equipment.
• Familiarity with GMP and standards issued by the FDA, ISO, and other relevant authorities.
