Senior Performance Tester (k6)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans using k6 and xk6-browser.
• Define performance criteria, thresholds, strategies, and standards for services and projects.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD environments using tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Collect and analyze system metrics with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Capture and inspect browser and network traffic using MITMProxy and Wireshark.
• Identify bottlenecks, monitor system behavior under load, and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Hands-on experience with k6, xk6-browser, MITMProxy, Wireshark, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD integration, including GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of backend performance patterns, including latency, throughput, and error rates, as well as log and metric analysis.
• Very high level of English: C1 or higher, or equivalent.
• University degree in computer technology or equivalent technical education and professional IT experience. Certified Tester Performance Testing certification is preferred.
