AI Platform Engineer

Location: Remote. Daily overlap with client business hours is expected, and reliable high-speed internet is required.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, operate, and secure cloud architectures across development, staging, and production environments.
• Deploy and manage AI infrastructure, including LLM serving, vector databases, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
• Build deployment pipelines, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Implement observability with metrics, logging, and tracing, and participate in incident response.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for reliability, cost, performance, compliance, latency, and throughput.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, security teams, product leaders, and clients on architecture reviews and platform adoption.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering.
• Strong proficiency with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipeline design, deployment automation, observability, and incident response.
• Experience with LLM APIs, vector databases, AI model serving, and AI security topics including prompt injection, data governance, model monitoring, and output validation.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go, plus Linux/Unix administration, Git, distributed systems troubleshooting, and clear technical communication.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or operating internal developer platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.
• Experience with SRE, reliability engineering, incident management, cloud security, compliance, IAM, secrets management, or FinOps.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical design discussions.
