Senior Localisation Quality Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Review Figma designs, prototypes, design systems, user flows, and content structures to identify localisation and implementation risks before development.
• Build software, automation, integrations, reusable services, and AI-driven tools for design validation, content checks, screenshot capture, and localisation readiness.
• Perform linguistic, functional, visual, and internationalisation testing across multiple languages, platforms, products, and regions.
• Investigate complex localisation issues, identify root causes, and define solutions with design, engineering, product, and localisation stakeholders.
• Integrate quality workflows into development environments and CI/CD pipelines while improving testability and quality-by-design practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship, promote shift-left quality, and align cross-functional teams around scalable product experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, design technology, quality engineering, localisation engineering, or related product development roles.
• Hands-on software development experience with tools, systems, integrations, or automation.
• Experience with Figma workflows, design validation, component systems, prototypes, and user journeys before implementation.
• Practical understanding of localisation and internationalisation for digital products, including multilingual quality testing.
• Strong programming skills in one or more of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with AI agents, plugins, copilots, APIs, structured data, system integrations, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Agile, and cross-functional delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma design systems, component libraries, Figma plugins, design validation tools, or workflow extensions.
• Experience building AI agents, assistants, or plugins for design, engineering, content, or localisation use cases.
• Experience with multilingual product development, translation workflows, or international launch readiness.
• Background in video games, consumer technology, digital entertainment, or large-scale product environments.
• Fluency in one or more non-English languages.
