What you will do

• Develop creative strategies and concepts to promote the mobile application.
• Create video content and static ads for promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with Product and UA teams.
• Manage the Creative Producer team on the project.
• Optimize creative based on analytics and user feedback.
• Conduct competitive research and organize brainstorms.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer in mobile businesses.
• Experience with WEB and MOBILE concepts/creatives.
• Deep understanding of the target audience and their needs.
• Ability to create engaging and informative content.
• Experience with analytics and creative optimization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, independence, and adaptability.
• English: B2 level required.
• Knowledge of UGC for advertising.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google, Reddit, or Snapchat.
