Senior Manager, Trial Delivery Lead H/F (Oncology)

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, Paris region; hybrid role. Remote work may be considered case by case if approved. Travel of up to 15–20% may be required.

Salary: €73,200–€125,695 annually, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional trial teams and oversee end-to-end delivery of global oncology clinical trials.
• Develop and execute operational plans while managing budgets, timelines, milestones, quality, and deliverables.
• Identify trial risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and escalate critical issues.
• Ensure compliance with global health authority regulations, guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Prepare for and support health authority inspections and internal quality audits while maintaining inspection readiness.
• Mentor trial management colleagues and contribute to process improvements across trials and development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Life Sciences such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, or Pharmacy preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
• At least 2 years of experience leading multiple aspects of global clinical trials.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical development and clinical research operations across Phase I–IV studies.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, financial management, project planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in multifunctional global matrix environments, leading without authority, and mentoring or coaching others.
