Salary: $299,930–$393,676 per year

What you will do

• Lead business development and generate new real estate advisory opportunities.
• Manage client engagements involving property valuation, appraisals, due diligence, and real estate consulting.
• Provide portfolio and property valuation, highest and best use analysis, and acquisition counseling.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and business professionals.
• Oversee managers to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Coach, train, and support staff professional development.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in asset or portfolio management, real estate finance, or real estate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
• State-certified general appraiser status in at least one state.
• Strong financial analysis and review skills, including the ability to identify issues in financial statements and draft work products.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-task, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with supervisors, colleagues, clients, and external business professionals.
