TL;DR
Project Manager (iGaming): Leading internal and client-facing projects from planning through delivery with an accent on cross-functional coordination, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Location: Hybrid in Swieqi, Malta or Skopje, North Macedonia

What you will do
- Own the full project life cycle for major initiatives or multiple smaller initiatives involving internal teams and external clients.
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed plans, tasks, and resource allocations.
- Assemble and coordinate cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment, accountability, schedules, and deadlines.
- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and dependencies affecting delivery, quality, or budget.
- Prepare progress reports, support stakeholder communications, and organize structured project updates.
- Oversee deliverables, quality standards, and final sponsor acceptance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, junior project management, or cross-functional workflow management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to track dependencies across teams and coordinate project delivery.
- Working knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, or Trello, plus standard collaboration software.
Nice to have
- CAPM or introductory Scrum certification.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
