Project Leader, Labelling (Pharmaceutical Labeling)

Location: San Gwann, Malta

Salary: €32,000 minimum annually, with potential additional benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Lead multiple product labeling projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop project scope summaries, rationales, execution strategies, change plans, and schedules.
• Coordinate labeling implementation with global manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and facilitate meetings to resolve conflicts.
• Monitor project risks, issues, delays, resource constraints, and activity completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management or change management.
• Experience working in a regulated industry; pharmaceutical labeling experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with local and international stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of labeling, translation, change control, data management, and global cross-functional processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of change management systems.
