Project Manager (Product Development)

What you will do

• Develop and execute product launch plans, tracking deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional core teams to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets.
• Drive the stage-gate process, including phase and gate reviews, design changes, and product or process validations.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the development cycle and escalate technical issues.
• Manage customer engineering changes and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate with design, development, tooling, injection, quality, and supply chain departments to ensure technical feasibility and accountability.

Requirements

• MQF Level 6 or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in product development, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, stakeholder management, negotiation, team management, and conflict management skills.
• Decisive, disciplined, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to project delivery.
