Assembler (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform technical assembly activities according to standard guidelines and handbooks.
• Coordinate and supervise manufacturing activities to ensure milestone progress is met.
• Lead cabin team technical matters and represent the team during shifts.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring quality throughout the build process.
• Identify structural issues on the shopfloor and drive process optimization projects.
• Document and report technical data, including defect registration and shift transfers.

Requirements

• Secondary vocational education with substantial experience or a Bachelor degree with limited experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electrical parts using precision tools.
• Ability to work within well-defined technical procedures and practices.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with supporting departments.
• Must be based in Linkou, Taiwan.
