Contract Business Analyst (CPQ): Analysing and translating complex pricing catalogues, product hierarchies, bundles, discount logic, and contract requirements into clear delivery requirements with an accent on Salesforce CPQ, Enterprise Product Catalogues, and commercial-to-technical alignment. Focus on mapping As-Is and To-Be catalogues, writing Given/When/Then acceptance criteria, and coordinating complex UAT and pricing-rule validation.

What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to document pricing rules, product structures, and contract requirements.
- Analyse and map As-Is and To-Be product catalogues covering digital and physical products, bundles, hierarchies, and tiered pricing.
- Translate complex business requirements into user stories and detailed Given/When/Then acceptance criteria.
- Work with developers and technical teams delivering Salesforce CPQ and Enterprise Product Catalogue solutions.
- Partner with QA teams to develop and coordinate UAT and test scenarios for pricing calculations, product rules, and constraints.
- Bridge commercial stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered accurately.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with complex product and pricing catalogues in enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of CPQ, pricing logic, product hierarchies, bundles, and discount structures.
- Experience analysing, configuring, or managing Enterprise Product Catalogues.
- Experience translating complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong UAT, testing, requirements management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with commercial, product, and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Enterprise Product Catalogue experience.
- Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Telecoms, particularly with complex or regulated pricing structures.
