Security GRC Analyst II

Location: Remote within the United States; locations listed are Chelmsford, MA and Broomfield, CO

Salary: $130,000–$135,000 annual

What you will do

• Configure, manage, and optimize DLP, encryption, cloud security, and related data protection tools.
• Conduct data discovery and classification to identify high-risk assets.
• Investigate and respond to breaches and security incidents involving sensitive information.
• Lead governance projects, analyze alerts and logs, and recommend risk mitigation and control improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and legal teams during forensic investigations.
• Develop security training, support end-user follow-up, and advise employees on handling sensitive data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience focused on data protection or governance.
• Proficiency with data protection concepts and tools, including DLP and encryption.
• Understanding of PCI, GDPR, HITRUST, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-161 frameworks.
• Technical expertise with Microsoft Purview or related security tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future ZOLL immigration sponsorship.
