Junior Business Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across multiple projects.
• Prepare Jira tasks, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications with support from a Senior Business Analyst.
• Create and maintain project documentation in Confluence and Jira.
• Review mockups and verify their alignment with documented requirements.
• Analyze JSON-based configuration requirements and validate implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and backend and frontend teams on Casino Native Apps enhancements.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree and around one year of professional experience.
• Understanding of Business Analysis principles and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation.
• Practical familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and AI-powered assistants.
• Analytical thinking, effective communication, attention to detail, ownership, and strong prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT projects or product development environments.
• Background in QA, development, design, or technical support.
• Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Experience managing people, projects, or initiatives.
