What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning services.
- Ensure service stability, performance, security, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
- Manage service agreements, SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, governance, and improvement plans.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, integrations, releases, and service enhancements with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Define service roadmaps and identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and business value creation.
- Strengthen collaboration between Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and external partners.
Requirements
- Experience in Service Ownership, Application Management, Service Delivery Management, or a similar role.
- Experience with NYCE WMS or similar Warehouse Management Systems.
- Experience with Relex Supply Chain Planning solutions and related business processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management and governance frameworks.
- Experience with vendor management, service reviews, stakeholder management, service performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work from the Aarhus location.
