Senior Manager Cross Channel Operations (Ecommerce)

Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 3 office days per week)

What you will do

• Own the cross-channel planning and execution of the homepage, newsletters, landing pages, and onsite campaigns.
• Optimize product sorting for landing pages to maximize relevance, engagement, and conversion.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Buying to align priorities.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows and scalable planning frameworks through AI and automation.
• Execute market expansions and coordinate cross-functional rollout plans.
• Mentor and develop junior to mid-level team members.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in e-commerce operations, visual merchandising, or content operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of customer behavior and conversion drivers.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English is required (German is a plus).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.
