Buyer/Logistics (f/m/d)

Location: Puch bei Hallein, Austria; full-time on-site position

Salary: Minimum gross salary of €3,449.08 per month, with willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Process purchase orders in Oracle ERP, including order placement, transmission, tracking, and goods receipt.
• Coordinate worldwide shipments of instruments and goods.
• Manage import/export processes and domestic and international material flows with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing traffic and logistics activities.
• Support Finance with invoicing and maintain high housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Handle additional administrative and related operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of regular experience using an ERP system, preferably Oracle.
• Experience working in an international environment involving Europe, the US, and China.
• Knowledge of the order process from quotations through final shipment.
• Good working knowledge of general administration tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Puch bei Hallein, Austria.
• Ability to work under a 12-month temporary contract.

• Basic education in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics.
