Logistics Specialist – Global Logistics

Salary: EUR 2,509 gross per month minimum; market-oriented compensation is significantly above the stated minimum.

What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with international third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, align logistics capacities, and coordinate solutions for transportation issues.
• Plan and manage international logistics tenders, pricing benchmarks, and performance reviews.
• Manage logistics systems, processes, and data within an ERP environment, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
• Lead logistics projects from concept to completion while coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Consolidate logistics needs from local subsidiaries and develop scalable supply chain solutions.

Requirements

• Up to five years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in an international FMCG environment.
• Analytical, process-oriented, and solution-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Holistic understanding of end-to-end logistics and solid project management skills.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work effectively in a demanding, rapidly changing environment.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English required; travel is expected at 0–10%.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Additional language skills.
