Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP/PA) (Ketamine Therapy)

Location: Remote within the United States; active Pennsylvania licensure required

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annual compensation based on 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through video consultations.
• Assess client needs and determine whether hirify.global is an appropriate fit.
• Educate clients about ketamine therapy, safety, treatment science, and the care experience.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized clinical judgment.
• Coordinate care with hirify.global guides to deliver a whole-person client experience.
• Use client insights to improve clinical protocols and the care model.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania license as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant.
• Active DEA registration required.
• At least 6 months of psychiatric experience.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Warm, professional, and attentive communication during video consultations.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, evidence-based treatments, psychedelic therapy, and responsible use of AI in psychiatric care.
