Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: Hybrid in Lewes, Delaware, United States; must be a full-time U.S. resident and have office space to see clients in the Lewes area.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric medication management for children, teens, and young adults.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health risk assessments, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Deliver live video intake and regular follow-up appointments.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, message patients, and prescribe psychiatric medications.
• Apply measurement-based, culturally responsive, and patient-centered clinical practices while minimizing medication risks.
• Refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services when appropriate.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited CCNE PMHNP program, or from an ARC-PA-accredited PA program with PANCE certification.
• Hold an unrestricted state license and have at least 2 years of professional practice.
• Have office space capable of supporting client visits in the Lewes area.
• Be a full-time resident of the United States.
• Support patients across a full range of diagnoses, clinical complexity, and severity levels.
• An active DEA license and additional certification or clinical experience with minors are strongly preferred.
