Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP/PA) Illinois Licensed (Ketamine Therapy)

Location: Remote; active Illinois licensure required

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annual compensation, based on 40 hours per week

hirify.global provides at-home ketamine therapy for depression, anxiety, and PTSD and is developing additional psychedelic medicine treatments.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to assess client needs and treatment suitability.
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of psychedelic therapy.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized clinical judgment.
• Coordinate whole-person care with hirify.global guides.
• Deliver warm, professional video consultations and build client trust.
• Improve clinical protocols and the care model using insights from client care.

Requirements

• Active Illinois license as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant.
• At least six months of psychiatric experience and active DEA registration.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Warm, professional video consultation manner and strong commitment to clinical excellence.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly, troubleshoot independently, and use AI to improve outcomes and administrative efficiency.
• Passion for psychedelic therapy and openness to new evidence-based treatments.
