Location: Remote; active Michigan licensure required

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annual compensation based on 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations by video to assess client needs and treatment suitability.
• Educate clients about ketamine therapy, including its science, safety, and expected experience.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and tailor treatment based on clinical judgment.
• Coordinate whole-person care with hirify.global guides and provide a trusted client experience.
• Use client insights to improve clinical protocols and the care model.

Requirements

• Active Michigan license as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant.
• Active DEA registration.
• At least 6 months of psychiatric experience.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Warm, professional video consultation manner and strong commitment to clinical excellence.
• Ability to learn new tools, troubleshoot independently, and use AI to improve psychiatric care.
