SAP Distribution Specialist (SAP SD)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Provide operational and technical support for SAP Distribution processes, resolving issues affecting internal users and third-party logistics partners.
• Maintain and enhance integrations with 3PL providers, data platforms, and internal systems supporting distribution centre operations.
• Manage SAP Distribution change requests, patches, upgrades, and 3PL system implementations.
• Deliver SAP Distribution and hirify.global-developed tools training for new and existing users.
• Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and distribution centre teams on process design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, support audits, and promote compliant use of SAP workflows and access protocols.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working with the SAP SD module in supply chain operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, retail-specific SAP functionality, UAT, and EDI integrations.
• Strong understanding of order and inventory information flows, data structures, and data formats.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional retail environment.
• Availability to work in the Singapore hybrid workplace arrangement is required.

Nice to have

• Project management experience and strong relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and SAP ERP.
• Knowledge of intercompany and end-to-end supply chain processes and related SAP modules.
• Experience with database management, data integrity, system upgrades, patches, and reporting tools such as SAP reports and Power BI.
