Project Manager – Game Development

Location: On-site in Stockholm, Sweden. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Own assigned game projects from initial planning through execution and delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, priorities, and project management system updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams around scope, goals, responsibilities, deadlines, and workflow.
• Monitor progress, quality, risks, and blockers, supporting proactive issue resolution.
• Facilitate kick-offs, milestone check-ins, reviews, feedback cycles, and other project meetings.
• Improve workflows and tools while keeping stakeholders informed about progress, changes, risks, and decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or production, ideally across several projects or workstreams.
• Structured, organized, proactive, and collaborative approach with strong ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and clarify responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to identify risks, seek guidance when needed, and continuously improve ways of working.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming or iGaming industry.
• Experience coordinating creative and technical teams.
• Familiarity with game development processes and project management tools.
• Experience in or strong interest in technology.
• Personal interest in games and game development.
