Senior DevOps Engineer (GitHub Platform)

Location: Remote from Poland; a valid working visa for Poland is required.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and administer GitHub Enterprise Cloud and GitHub Enterprise Server environments.
• Lead migrations from GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps to GitHub.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Configure GitHub organizations, repositories, permissions, governance policies, security controls, GitHub Advanced Security, and GitHub Copilot.
• Integrate GitHub with Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, identity providers, and enterprise tooling.
• Deliver customer workshops, assessments, enablement, pre-sales support, solution design, and technical delivery.

Requirements

• Solid experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud engineering, including Azure DevOps or Azure DevOps Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud or GitHub Enterprise Server and migrations to GitHub.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD automation tools.
• Experience with code security tools and practices, including GitHub Advanced Security or Snyk.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, scripting, automation, cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Professional Polish and English are required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Professional German.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP integrations and enterprise customer consulting.
