TL;DR
Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer (GitHub/AWS/Kubernetes): Leading the discovery, design, automation, and stabilization of an enterprise-scale migration involving 2,000+ repositories and CI/CD ecosystems with an accent on GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Terraform, AWS/EKS, and Kubernetes. Focus on migrating workflows, runners, permissions, secrets, integrations, and platform infrastructure while solving complex cutover, validation, rollback, and stability challenges.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; remote work is offered.

What you will do
- Participate in discovery, migration design, automation, pilot migrations, migration waves, cutover, validation, rollback, and stabilization.
- Plan and execute GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Organization migrations across 2,000+ repositories.
- Migrate repositories, workflows, runners, permissions, environments, variables, secrets, GitHub Apps, webhooks, OAuth integrations, and OIDC configurations.
- Build migration automation using scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
- Support AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes/EKS, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and related platform integrations.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure platform stability and successful validation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience with strong recent GitHub and CI/CD experience.
- Hands-on experience administering GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Organizations at enterprise scale.
- Experience with enterprise GitHub repository and workflow migrations, GitHub Actions, runners, OIDC, GitHub Apps, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Strong Terraform and infrastructure automation experience.
- Experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and AWS infrastructure.
- Scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, or equivalent technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience migrating hundreds or thousands of repositories.
- Experience with GitOps, FluxCD, AWS CodeBuild, Git submodules, complex repository dependencies, SSO/identity migration, or migration tooling.
