Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Contribute to multi-cloud AWS and GCP infrastructure using Terraform, including VPCs, Kubernetes clusters, DNS, SSL, registries, secrets, and GitOps integration.
• Provision and manage isolated environments for multiple clients while maintaining networking, firewalls, bastion hosts, and VPC peering.
• Maintain GitHub Actions pipelines, reusable workflow templates, and ArgoCD deployments across GKE and EKS clusters.
• Monitor infrastructure and application health with New Relic or equivalent tools and participate in PagerDuty on-call rotations.
• Triage incidents, update runbooks, contribute to post-mortems, and identify performance issues and anomalies.
• Manage secrets, IAM policies, employee access provisioning, and offboarding across cloud and identity platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong Terraform skills, including modules, remote state, and multi-environment configurations.
• Hands-on AWS experience with EKS, IAM, EC2, S3, and multi-account setups, plus GCP experience with GKE, IAM, and Workload Identity.
• Production Kubernetes experience with Helm, RBAC, namespaces, and cluster troubleshooting.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, reusable CI/CD workflows, ArgoCD or similar GitOps tooling, and Bash or Python scripting.
• Active on-call experience, incident triage, observability, PagerDuty, and secrets management with Doppler, Vault, or AWS Secrets Manager.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP Workload Identity Federation and AWS IRSA.
• MongoDB Atlas administration, including clusters, VPC peering, and API key management.
• Azure AD or Entra ID access management and Slack integrations for deployment approvals or alerting.
• Experience managing infrastructure for multiple clients or tenants from a single codebase.
