Partner Success & Innovation Associate/Manager (AI)

Location: Linz, Austria; willingness to relocate to Linz and a full-time working permit in Austria are required.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with corporate stakeholders and create engagement plans aligned with partner business goals.
• Connect partners with startups, corporations, investors, and relevant technologies across Advanced Manufacturing, Construction, Logistics, Infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Identify business development, licensing, strategic investment, and partnership expansion opportunities.
• Advise partners on innovation strategy, tools, frameworks, pilot projects, and innovation culture.
• Facilitate innovation training, strategy workshops, partner syncs, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Help establish the new Linz office and build relationships with universities, incubators, clusters, investors, corporations, and public institutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in innovation management, account management, advisory, strategy consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational, collaboration, communication, analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all management levels and operate in a structured, proactive, and independent manner.
• Native German or C1 German, plus excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong interest in technology, innovation management methods, and emerging trends.
