What you will do
- Build relationships with engineering leaders and power users at strategic enterprise accounts.
- Partner with Field Engineering and Sales to deliver a seamless post-sale experience.
- Drive adoption by aligning product usage with business objectives and engineering goals.
- Guide customers on rollout best practices, prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablement.
- Represent customer needs internally and influence product roadmap priorities.
- Lead account planning, business reviews, and engagement analysis to support renewals and expansion.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to work with developers and CTO-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering organization structures.
- Fluency in technical workflows, AI tooling, and developer productivity.
- Customer-focused strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in TAM, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or enterprise software consulting.
- Ability to work in a scrappy, proactive, and adaptable startup environment.
