Sales Associate for Eeek-End Only (Luxury Retail)

Location: Landquart, Switzerland — Landquart Outlet, Coach

Base pay range: CHF 50,000–65,000 full-time equivalent; part-time compensation is prorated based on contracted hours.

What you will do

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized styling and shopping experiences.
• Build client relationships through product expertise, fashion advice, follow-up, and tailored recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales through cross-selling, upselling, clienteling, and social selling.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, social platforms, and short-form video to support customer engagement and repeat purchases.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups while maintaining an organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with teammates, participate in training and brand initiatives, and support a calm, professional store environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors, with strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with POS systems, mobile POS, basic computer tools, walkie-talkies, and price or release sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple customers.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends, public holidays, peak season, and high-traffic retail days.
• Knowledge of English is required.
