Entry-Level Sales Associate (Fintech)

Location: Cincinnati, OH; full-time, on-site role based in the hirify.global office. A relocation bonus is available for candidates interested in relocating to Cincinnati.

hirify.global provides a fintech software platform for broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, and private banks to research, purchase, and manage alternative investments and annuities.

What you will do

• Build and expand relationships with registered investment advisors and other key partners.
• Sell and support derivatives-based products through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver strong client experiences.
• Support the continued expansion of a high-performing financial technology platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 0–1 years of sales or relationship management experience in financial services or insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio.
