What you will do
- Design and build enterprise Generative AI capabilities for healthcare products.
- Engineer prompts, AI workflows, retrieval pipelines, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.
- Develop AI evaluation frameworks, benchmark methodologies, and high-quality validation datasets.
- Improve AI quality, accuracy, and reliability through prototyping and evaluation of LLMs and emerging AI technologies.
- Monitor AI behavior in production and contribute to AI observability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- At least 18 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, reasoning, retrieval strategy, and engineering or LLM observability on an enterprise-scale AI project.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with AI engineering and LLM observability frameworks such as MLFlow, Langfuse, and Arize.
- Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and interest in innovation.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, Grafana AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
