PMO Analyst (AI)

Location: On-site in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; the role is also described as being based in Dubai.

What you will do

• Own project controls covering baselines, milestones, budgets, resource allocations, and RAID logs across multi-stream engagements.
• Design, automate, and distribute PMO dashboards, status reports, and portfolio KPIs for executives and steering committees.
• Analyse project trends, schedule variances, budget deviations, and delivery risks to provide early-warning insights.
• Support stage-gate reviews, delivery-framework compliance, and audit-ready project documentation.
• Improve PMO templates, reporting workflows, and project management practices with delivery leaders.
• Work with project managers, engagement directors, technical leads, and business stakeholders on enterprise AI and data projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in PMO, project controls, project coordination, or reporting analysis within a structured project environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Hands-on experience with PPM and reporting platforms such as Power BI, MS Project, or Jira.
• Ability to consolidate complex data from multiple projects into clear portfolio insights.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO-CP certification.
• Experience building interactive Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Professional services or management consultancy experience.
