Project Manager - Regulated Markets (iGaming)

What you will do

• Manage hirify.global Casino projects that support compliance across regulated markets.
• Collect requirements for regulatory changes and translate them into clear tickets and communications for development teams and senior management.
• Lead weekly project and regulatory meetings across departments.
• Prepare audit evidence and participate actively in audits.
• Work with the Certification team on related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and Waterfall practices.
• Previous people-management experience and strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, organization, and resilience under pressure.
• Fluent English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to identify and escalate issues to prevent compliance breaches.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA.
• Broad understanding of project management tools and processes.
• Ability to mentor and support colleagues across different functions.
