BS Middle Project Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate project team activities and organize regular team meetings.
• Define project goals, tasks, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, reports, budgets, schedules, and working-hour tracking.
• Provide teams, clients, and other stakeholders with regular project updates.
• Identify and resolve project issues while managing risks, changes, and releases.
• Monitor financial performance and optimize workflows for efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects and teams of 10+ members.
• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate developers, hardware teams, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, with a solid understanding of the SDLC, software implementation, and support cycles.
• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, budgeting, issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release management.
• Intermediate English required for occasional calls and documentation.
