RF Systems Architect - Coppell, TX

What you will do

• Architect complex RF, OTA, wireless, and aerospace and defense solutions with customers.
• Lead technical discovery, requirements analysis, and solution definition.
• Design end-to-end architectures spanning hardware, software, OTA, chambers, and integrated systems.
• Create technical proposals, bills of materials, statements of work, and customer quotations.
• Resolve complex RF, system integration, interoperability, and performance challenges.
• Develop professional services for integration, deployment, optimization, training, and lifecycle support while mentoring technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in RF systems engineering, wireless systems, or solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in RF systems, OTA testing, antennas, wireless communications, and RF test methodologies.
• Experience architecting customer solutions and preparing detailed technical proposals and quotations.
• Strong customer-facing communication and technical leadership skills.
• Must reside in the US, hold US citizenship, and be able to obtain required export compliance and/or security clearance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of aerospace and defense, OTA, radar and electronic warfare, wireless infrastructure, or RF test and measurement environments.
