Trainee Business Analyst (Quality & Process)

What you will do

• Learn how business processes work and support process improvement initiatives.
• Document processes, workflows, and business requirements.
• Support quality, information security, business continuity, and risk management activities.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation while collaborating with different teams.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in business processes, quality, security, or risk management.
• Ability to organize information and create clear documentation.
• Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• English level B2 or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling tools.
• Basic understanding of ISO standards, quality management, or information security.
• Interest in auditing, compliance, or continuous improvement.
