Foundry's Central Planning team manages supply chain coordination for 's manufacturing operations, balancing customer supply requirements with capacity utilization.
What you will do
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and process optimization opportunities.
- Develop supply schedules, materials forecasts, build plans, and capacity requirements.
- Apply mathematical, statistical, and analytical methods to optimize inventory, materials, network flow, and costs.
- Design product setups, bills of materials, and supply chain models for new manufacturing flows.
- Build standardized reports and dashboards to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Manage supply disruption events and communicate revised plans, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years of experience; a PhD may substitute for prior professional experience.
- Experience in supply planning using Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9, SAP IBP, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or statistical software.
- Experience with supply chain modeling, forecasting, optimization, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to collaborate across business units, sales, finance, and manufacturing functions.

- Knowledge of supply chain industry trends and best practices.
- Experience managing supply disruptions and making decisions under time constraints.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
