What you will do

• Lead the design, delivery, and implementation of complex, large-scale systems and features.
• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable services across web, mobile, and backend platforms.
• Collaborate with Product and UX roles to design solutions based on customer needs.
• Apply engineering best practices across design, testing, version control, deployment, and operations, including GenAI tools, automated code reviews, and AI-assisted testing.
• Analyze and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability using monitoring and data-driven approaches.
• Define technical strategies, contribute to the roadmap, lead senior-level discussions, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Professional programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
