Fleet Manager (EV)

Location: Sydney, Australia; primarily based at Wetherill Park

What you will do

• Deliver the fleet strategy and future fleet roadmap.
• Lead initiatives involving electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and emerging vehicle technologies.
• Oversee vehicle design, replacement, fit-out, acquisition, maintenance, repair, and disposal programs.
• Manage suppliers, sourcing, contracts, tenders, budgets, and business cases.
• Optimise fleet availability, reliability, lifecycle costs, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop a Fleet team of two while partnering with operations, safety, and suppliers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fleet management and vehicle lifecycle planning.
• Experience with electric and hybrid vehicles, emissions reduction, and fleet sustainability.
• Experience developing fleet strategy, leading transformation, and adopting new technologies.
• Leadership experience, including coaching and developing small teams.
• Strong commercial, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety, fleet governance, compliance, and environmental requirements.
