Principal (Cloud Transformation)

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of cloud transformation programs across assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate performance testing, cutovers, handovers, governance meetings, and executive reviews.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and keep implementation programs aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and System Integrator partners while advocating for customer needs internally.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities, including proposals, service estimates, engagement plans, and Statements of Work.
• Track budgets, forecast delivery costs, manage margins and staffing, and support account revenue and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise software delivery, consulting, transformation, or large-scale cloud implementations.
• Experience in customer-facing leadership and coordination across delivery teams, partners, and customer teams.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and delivery-risk mitigation skills.
• Familiarity with program-level budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and commercial proposals.
• High-level understanding of cloud platforms and SaaS delivery models.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar tools, plus strong sales acumen.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of the hirify.global Cloud Platform and associated services.
• Understanding of property and casualty insurance processes and workflows.
• AWS or other cloud certifications; PgMP, PMP, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with System Integrator partners, regulated industries, customer success, or engagement management.
• Experience managing global or multi-region customer programs in matrixed environments.
