Sr Data Scientist/Analytics (LATAM)

What you will do

• Develop analytical frameworks, models, and insights for business intelligence, product strategy, and venture decision-making.
• Apply data science and machine learning methods to identify patterns, build predictive models, and solve complex business problems.
• Design and maintain data workflows for reliable data collection, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data narratives covering performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across analytics and machine learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience applying data science and machine learning to business and product challenges.
• Experience developing analytics and business intelligence solutions for strategic decision-making.
• Working knowledge of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data transformation, and data reliability.
• Proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP and BigQuery.
