What you will do

• Support project execution and proposal development through relevant secondary and primary research, identifying information gaps.
• Structure vaguely defined problems, scope practical problem-solving approaches, manage execution, and delegate effectively.
• Manage input from project stakeholders and maintain clear internal team communication.
• Structure and review project deliverables and apply senior feedback to materials.
• Conduct primary research interviews, capture key takeaways from discussions, and extract insights for strategic recommendations.
• Prepare high-quality project deliverables for senior review within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, business, economics, or a related discipline is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, life sciences strategy, or a related field.
• Relevant commercial or healthcare consulting experience may support consideration at Senior Analyst level.
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare, life sciences, or business strategy.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Comfort working in a global, cross-cultural environment.
