What you will do

• Produce engaging entertainment and pop culture content for a live daily broadcast and digital platforms.
• Write scripts, line-produce live segments, source and clear footage, and produce content in studio and in the field.
• Develop story ideas, research topics, book guests, conduct pre-interviews, and produce taped and live interview segments.
• Coordinate with correspondents, editors, graphics teams, and production staff to create packages, video elements, and show rundowns.
• Capture behind-the-scenes video and contribute to digital and social coverage.
• Work with sales teams to produce integrated content and manage segments from pitch through broadcast.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience producing live shows and writing and producing content for television and digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field, or equivalent live television production experience.
• Experience with entertainment content, booking, segment production, field production, and multiple social media platforms.
• Proficiency with television production technology and content management systems, including Avid iNews and Dalet.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite in Universal City, California, including flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

• Editorial judgment, journalistic ethics, and knowledge of libel, slander, and applicable FCC rules.
