Social Creative (Shooter & Editor)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; work is primarily based in the regional hub, with occasional business travel for production.

Salary: $64,500–$77,000 per year.

What you will do

• Shoot and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce rapid trend-responsive content and polished premium brand pieces.
• Translate briefs and creative direction into finished content independently.
• Adapt pacing, style, and format for different social platforms.
• Manage gear, shot lists, and basic production logistics on set and in the field.
• Collaborate with social, influencer, and cross-functional teams during shoots.

Requirements

• Portfolio or reel demonstrating both fast-turn trend content and premium produced work.
• Strong shooting fundamentals in composition, lighting, and audio.
• Experience working independently or with a small production crew.
• Editing proficiency in Premiere, CapCut, or comparable industry-standard software.
• Hands-on on-set and field production experience.
• Comfort with occasional business travel.

Nice to have

• Professional photography experience.
• Motion graphics or sound design capabilities.
