Biomarker and Precision Medicine Lead

Location: Office-based role in the US or France; listed locations are Cambridge, Massachusetts and Morristown, New Jersey.

What you will do

• Develop biomarker and precision medicine strategies for research and development programs in Immunology & Inflammation.
• Design clinical biomarker approaches using omics, bioimaging, and other platforms.
• Translate biological pathways into clinical markers and identify biomarkers for patient selection and monitoring.
• Lead translational medicine sub-teams, coordinate studies, manage timelines and budgets, and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Interpret complex clinical and non-clinical datasets and evaluate methodologies for biomarker data generation.
• Collaborate with scientists, clinicians, data scientists, external research partners, and key opinion leaders; contribute to regulatory documents and publications.

Requirements

• MD, MD/PhD, or PhD with 5+ years of translational and/or clinical research experience.
• Expertise in immunology, preferably involving dermatologic and/or respiratory diseases.
• Strong knowledge of biomarker development and implementation in clinical trials.
• Experience with biomarker platforms and technologies, with a proven record in translational research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based role in the US or France.
