Science Strategy Leader (Precision Medicine)

What you will do

• Lead scientific strategy and executive engagement for strategic Pharma and Biotech partnerships.
• Chair Joint Steering Committees and align partner priorities with scientific capabilities and corporate strategy.
• Integrate real-world, clinical, genomic, and multimodal data into collaborations and clinical development programs.
• Coordinate Account VPs, Key Account Directors, Translational Research, Pharma R&D, Real-World Data, and Scientists on Site teams.
• Develop data-driven use cases for trial design, patient stratification, regulatory engagement, and portfolio expansion.
• Drive partner satisfaction, time to value realization, account renewals, and expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Pharma or Biotech across research, clinical development, and commercial strategy.
• Senior cross-functional leadership experience in a matrix environment, preferably with global and multi-asset portfolio oversight.
• Expertise in data-driven clinical innovation and scientific modalities including genomics, proteomics, digital pathology, or imaging.
• Experience with executive partner engagement, governance structures such as Joint Steering Committees, and joint portfolio planning.
• Ability to translate complex scientific and data insights into actionable strategies for C-suite stakeholders and external partners.
• Advanced degree such as PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent required; strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
